Senior Sales Engineer
Based in Ireland, this position reports to our VP Sales and carries a competitive compensation package including equity options.
- Build detailed knowledge of the FeedHenry platform and its complete capability
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Create and present professional, persuasive solutions and business cases
- Refine and deliver high quality product demonstrations/webinars to customers
- Work closely with sales team on sales opportunities, sales strategy and pipeline
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and training
- Resolve technical queries and customer requirements in the pre-sales process
- Communicate technical customer requirements to Engineering & Prof Services
- Develop winning proposals, presentations and RFP/RFI with customer & sales
- Maintain technical competency in all aspects of our technology & market
- Support partners in their sales engagements and RFP/RFI
- Development languages – Java (ideally)
- App development skills e.g. native or cross-platform dev
- Enterprise system integration, in particular with web services & scripting
Background & Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Business or Technical Masters is a plus Experience in software industry in customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- At ease selling high value customer solutions as well as technical features.
